Barbara Gaines holds a dual certification in Corporate and Childrens’ Etiquette from the American School of Protocol, Atlanta, GA. As Founder of the Sense of Etiquette, she believes in the power of polished corporate etiquette to establish and maintain successful business relationships. Ms. Gaines launched the company to assist corporations, academia and individuals to outclass the competition by increasing the employees’ self-confidence and civility through customized group and individual training. The Sense of Etiquette offers business and social etiquette, image, networking, communications, dining seminars, customer service skills and international protocol training.

Prior to establishing the Sense of Etiquette, Barbara worked as a Procurement Analyst and Program Manager with various agencies in the federal government for over 32 years and is a graduate of Central State University, Wilberforce, OH.
